WebThis is a 1983 Fender Bassman 2x12 cabinet that I bought in 2010 and lovingly turned into a 60s / 70s vibe cab to go with my 'drip edge' 1969 Dual Showman (using genuine Fender grille cloth and drip edge to match the era) It is loaded with Celestion Vintage 30s and is 4 ohm (2 x 8 ohm speakers wired in parallel) - and is rated at about 60W. WebOct 10, 2024 · Here's my 66 Blackface Bassman. This one is all stock aside from filter caps. It's a crazy amp. Nothing sounds better with my Suhr Strat than this Bassman. The cabinet is loaded with the original, vintage coffee can alnico SROs. These speakers are so special and I can't say enough good things about them.
