WebJun 20, 2024 · Happened to me before, you need to unplug/plug back in the connection (grey wire on driver side I think) from the back of the head unit. There's a video on YouTube to remove the head unit. Just pull out the bezel around the radio, then only 4 screws hold it in place, you only need a Philips screwdriver.
