WebHighbar LLC, a new scrap metal recycling and steel production company focused on environmental steel production, has placed an order with SMS group to build new rebar minimills in the United States. The first rebar mill will be built on a site just outside of Osceola, Arkansas and site selection activities are underway for the other two locations.
