Web13 dec. 2024 · Good evening. I just bought an ESP32-EVB rev-I board from Amazon and it works fine except that the board doesn't reset at power on, but you have to reset it by reset push-button. I see from the schematic that R24 pullup resistor on the reset line is supposed to be 1K while it's 10K on the board, but noting changes placing a 1K resistor there. WebWhen the EN pin is pulled to GND, it resets the ESP32 boards. It’s the same thing as pressing the on-board reset button. So, you can connect a pushbutton to the GPIO labeled as EN. You should wire the pushbutton so that when it is pressed, it connects to GND. This way, when you press that button the ESP32 will reset.

Only in cases where the WIFI Credentials are being set up the user needs to be in BLE MODE, once it's set up, it will be in Wifi mode for the rest of the lifetime of the device unless the Wifi router is changed.
