Activity WebIt still mounted the 90mm that it currently uses, however there were firing tests as far as i know that used the T15E2, along with a 50 cal for range finding, other than that i dont think anything changed in regards to the 90mm, as the turret remained the same, the only thing that changed on the E1 was the removal of weak points in the hull.
